Children with cancer face many challenges in their quest for recovery. In addition to undergoing aggressive treatments and coping with their gruesome side effects, extended treatment and recuperation periods isolate them from their friends and interrupt their schooling.

To help these children, Ezer Mizion recently implemented a state-of-the-art videoconferencing system to enable these sick children to join their friends at school with the help of computers, sound systems, ISDN phone lines, video equipment and software.

The feeling of connection to teachers and classmates is a source of comfort and support for these children, whose spirits need as much healing as their bodies.
